Blue Skies Care

We provide a range of care services for clients with complex needs who need specialist support.

Blue Skies Case Management & Care are registered and regulated with the CQC and we follow the fundamental standards when operating care and case management.

  • We listen to your needs and preferences and provide a treatment plan that is personalised to you.

  • Everyone is treated with dignity and respect ensuring that you have privacy and equality. We encourage independence and do all we can to facilitate this.

  • We always seek consent before giving treatment or care ensuring that you understand what you have agreed to.

  • We do a care needs assessment and assess all the risks in delivering your care in order that we can keep you safe. Staff are trained to ensure your safety and theirs.

  • We ensure all staff and professionals are trained in safeguarding adults and children.

  • Our staff are trained to ensure that you have adequate nutrition and hydration, should they have any concern's medical opinion would be requested.

  • All premises and equipment are regularly cleaned and checked by staff.

  • We have procedures in place to deal with complaints so we can resolve, learn and improve from all complaints and grow stronger.

  • We have a framework that allows us to continuously improve the quality of our services, safeguarding and provide high quality care.

  • All staff are fully trained and qualified with mandatory training and most importantly in-house clinical training to ensure our carers provide the best possible care.

  • All of our staff go through strong recruitment procedures, carrying out relevant checks such as DBS, references, and right to work. We ensure the experience and personality of our staff will fulfil the client's needs. Clients can be involved in the recruitment process if they wish.

  • We pride ourselves on honesty and transparency with our clients. We have regular meetings with clients and support staff to ensure we are aware of any issues that might arise.
